PM Poshan Yojana:- In the Union Cabinet meeting held on Wednesday, Prime Minister PM Narendra Modi has taken an important decision for poor children along with other important decisions.
Under which nutritious food will be give in the form of food to the children studying in government schools. The mid-day meal scheme was already run for children in government and co-government schools across the country. Giving a new look by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the scheme has been name “PM Poshan Shakti Nirman Yojana”. Under the Mid-Day Meal Scheme, government children are fed food in the afternoon.
Due to which children get nutritious food. The government has further approved the continuation of “PM Poshan Shakti Nirman Yojana” for the next five years (till 2021-2-25) with a financial outlay of 1.32 lakh crores. A budget of up to Rs 1,30,799 crore has been fixed for Poshan Shakti Nirman Yojana.
This scheme was start in 1995, which our Prime Minister has approve for the next 5 years by making some changes. Under this scheme, children studying in government schools will get nutritious food in abundance along with the path.
